The First Ryzen 5 3600 Review Appears Online

The first Ryzen 3000 series processor review has appeared online over at El Chapuzas Informático. They have a Ryzen 5 3600 which was tested on a Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 WiFi motherboard, G.Skill FlareX DDR4 @ 3200 MHz and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FE graphics card. Look at the results from their testing the performance of the chip is very impressive. They compared against both the Intel Core i9-9900K and AMD’s own Ryzen 7 2700X. Let’s get right to it here are some of the CPU and memory benchmarks (click for larger images).

Now for synthetic gaming benchmarks…

Finally we have gaming benchmarks, which were run at 1080p at Ultra settings…

As you can see from the results the Ryzen 5 3600 is a very capable processor, definitely competing with the current Ryzen 7 2700X in many of the tests. The Ryzen 5 3600 will have a MSRP of $199 and will be available on the July 7th.
