GALAX RTX 4090 HOF PCB Spotted with Two 12VHPWR Connectors

Pictures of the Galax GeForce RTX 4090 Hall of Fame (HOF) graphics card PCB have made their way online. This will be GALAX’s top-end SKU which is meant to be paired with extreme cooling solutions. The card features an insane 27+4 phase power design, which is going to pull power from a set of two 16-pin ATX 12VHPWR connectors. This of course gives the card a theoretical maximum power draw of 1275W!

Giving the card two 16-pin ATX 12VHPWR connectors will allow the card to support a power limit above 600W, at least that is the idea. It is unclear what the actual power limit of this card will be, but we can’t imagine it would pull the full 1200W. Having the additional power connector should help stabilize power, especially when overclocking and benchmarking.

This actually isn’t the first time we’ve seen a card with two 16-pin ATX 12VHPWR connectors. GALAX’s own RTX 3090 Ti Hall of Fame card had the same connectors.
