Gainward has just introduced the GameSoul line of graphics cards to the Greater China region. The series is made up of the GeForce GTX 1080 GameSoul, followed by the GTX 1070 GameSoul. The cards have an identical board design, but the PCB differs as the GTX 1070 card has GDDR5 in place of GDDR5X, which is on the GTX 1080.
Both cards have a really sleek large triple-slot cooling solution that sits on top of split aluminum fin stacks. The cooling solution has three 100 mm cooling fans.
The GTX 1080 GameSoul comes with factory-overclocked speeds of 1733 MHz core, 1873 MHz GPU Boost, against reference clock speeds of 1607/1733 MHz; while the GTX 1070 GameSoul comes with speeds of 1620/1822 MHz, against 1506/1683 MHz reference clocks. Both cards have a slick backplate, LED lighting, a dual-BIOS and draw power from dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors. Display connectors include 3x DisplayPort 1.4, 1x HDMI 2.0b, and 1x dual-link DVI.
