Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming OC Graphics Card Review

Recently NVIDIA refreshed their GeForce RTX 40 series lineup with “Super” series graphics cards. These include the GeForce RTX 4070 Super, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super, and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super. These new cards are essentially going to give gamers better performance at the same price point as the previous cards. With the RTX 4070 Ti Super NVIDIA is actually using the AD103 silicon that power the RTX 4080 as they had already maxed out the AD104 that they used on the non-Super card. On top of that we are getting a memory upgrade as well going from 12GB of GDDR6X to 16GB of GDDR6X that will also run across a wider 256-bit bus (compared to 192-bit). With NVIDIA using the AD103 they have enabled 66 out of the 80 streaming multiprocessors which will give you 8448 CUDA cores, 268 Tensor cores, 66 RT cores, 262 TMUs, and 96 ROPs. NVIDIA is positioning the RTX 4070 Ti Super to be the card for 1440P gaming, but we think it can do much more than that. Today we are taking a look at Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming OC which sits quite close to the MSRP of the card, but still offers a slight overclock, custom cooling solution, and even some RGB lighting. Let’s take a look and see if this is the RTX 4070 Ti Super to pick up!

Special thanks to Gigabyte for providing us with the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming OC Graphics Card to review.
