Gigabyte Website Defaced by Hackers

Websites get defaced and hacked all of the time, but usually the targets are political or have something to do with government. It is not often we see a tech companies website get hacked. The last instance of this was when Thermaltake’s global website was hacked. It looks like Gigabyte is the latest victim of hackers as four of their sub-domains have been taken down and defaced.

The four sub-domains include:

websys.gigabyte.com
gcenter.gigabyte.com/index.html
peripheral.psn.gigabyte.com/index.html
nbstk.gigabyte.com/index.htm

The hackers message reads, “Hacked by Hacked by TurkishAjan. Bazen birseyleri degistirmek gerekir. Sometimes must be something,”. We have included a screenshot of the defacement above in case it has been removed by the time you read this.
