HyperX Predator RGB DDR4-2933 16GB Memory Kit Review

Overclocking
Overclocking on the Intel Z370 platform is pretty easy. The easiest way to overclock would be up simply change the frequency divider in the BIOS. To achieve the best overclock we try to stay with the timings that the XMP profile recommends. If we run into any issues we will bump up the voltage to see if we can get our system to boot and become stable.

The XMP profile puts this kit at 2933 MHz. In the BIOS I started moving up the frequency divider without changing the timings or voltage. We made it up to 3200 MHz no problem at all! Completely stable with no adjustments to voltage or timings!

Continuing to move things up we ended up at a final overclock of 3466 MHz, which is a 533 MHz overclock! This is with the exact same timings of 15-17-17-39 at 1.35V.
