The IdeaCentre Horizon is a big piece of hardware. Just imagine a 27-inch LCD, that is basically what the Horizon is, except it also is a fully fledged computer as well. The system has to some weight to it as well, it is just under 20 lbs. The display itself has rubber on all sides which makes it easy to move around and it won’t scratch your desk either. The 27-inch display is a 10-point touch display that has a glossy (anti-glare) finish. This is a true 1080p display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. At the top center of the unit is a 720p webcam that you can use for Skype calls or to take photos / videos.
