Lenovo just announced their latest ThinkStation P3 workstation, which is impressively small in size but packs a powerful punch with an NVIDIA Turing GPU and an Intel Core i9-13900 CPU.
It is a remarkably compact machine measuring just 7.2 x 7 x 1.5 inches (183 x 179 x 37 mm). It can accommodate Intel’s Raptor Lake processors with power consumption levels of either 35 or 65 W and features an NVIDIA T1000 GPU.
Lenovo’s ThinkStation P3 Tiny comes with a motherboard built on Intel’s Q760 chipset. It provides a variety of processor options, ranging from the Intel Core i3-13100T to the powerful Intel Core i9-13900 CPU. As for graphics, users can select either the NVIDIA T400 4GB GDDR6 GPU or the NVIDIA T1000 GPU 8GB GDDR6 GPU. Both GPUs come with the ability to connect up to three miniDP 1.4 links or four of the same, respectively.
On top of all that, users have the option to upgrade their memory since the ThinkStation P3 Tiny can handle up to 32 GB of DDR5-4800 SODIMM dual-channel non-ECC memory. The workstation also includes two M.2 2280 slots that can support up to 2TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage each, allowing users to expand their storage capacity up to 4TB.
In terms of physical connectivity, the Lenovo ThinkStation P3 Tiny has you covered with a range of options. You’ll find a single USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, as well as an HDMI 2.1 port and a DisplayPort 1.4 port. The workstation also features an Ethernet port that provides both Gigabit and 2.5 GbE functionality. For wireless connections, the ThinkStation P3 Tiny supports WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1.
