Noctua has been one of the top picks when it comes to air coolers. Their over-sized air coolers provide great cooling and are actually pretty easy to install as well. A little while ago we took a look at their NH-L12 CPU Cooler, which was a smaller low-profile cooler. I really did not think I would see a smaller cooler than that from Noctua, but they recently released the NH-L9i which is only 37mm high and should be the perfect fit for your small form factor system. Did I mention this cooler will not get in the way of any of your memory and it installs with only 4 screws! Read on as we take a look!
Special thanks to Noctua for providing us with the NH-L9i Low-Profile CPU Cooler to review.

The Noctua NH-L9i comes in a pretty small retail box, not much larger than the cooler itself. On the front there is a listing of some of the main specifications. Flipping over to the back there is some information about the cooler in quite a few different languages.
Opening the box up everything is nicely packaged inside. Getting it all out you have the NH-L9i cooler, Noctua’s own NT-H1 thermal compound, low noise adapter, 4 mounting screws, 4 screws if you wish to install a larger fan, Noctua case sticker and instructions.
