The GeForce GTX 750 Ti will be based on a 28 nm process featuring the Maxwell core architecture. The Maxwell architecture is said to be highly efficient and will feature lower thermals. The GTX 750 Ti will be based on the GM117/GM107 chip which is an entry-level chip aimed to power budget oriented graphics cards. The exact specifications of the card are unknown, but we do know that the card will feature 2GB of GDDR5 memory.

Looking at the leaked benchmarks the card looks to outperform GeForce GTX 650 Ti by a great margin in games at 1080p resolution. Again take into consideration that these benchmarks are only preliminary and are on early drivers. It does look like the GTX 750 Ti will compete with AMD’s R7 260X.
