NZXT has just announced the first new product they will be showcasing at Computex! It is the H230 Silent case. This mid tower case has a great sleek design, which we have become accustomed to from NZXT. They tell us the designers of the case had one goal in mind when creating this case: create an affordable, silent chassis with all of the necessary essentials for a clean, functional build.
As far as storage capabilities go you have three 5.25-inch external drive bays, which are hidden by a front door. Inside there are two hard drive cages that support up to three 3.5-inch / 2.5-inch hard drives so a total of six drives can be installed. You can fit video cards up to 290mm with the hard drive cages installed, but if they are removed you have up to 400mm for expansion cards.
When it comes to cooling there is room for two front 120mm fans, a rear 120mm fan and a bottom 120mm fan. The rear 120mm fan is the only one included. There are many cable routing holes and lots of room behind the motherboard tray to route your cables. There are also two USB 3.0 ports on the front of the case as well as headphone and microphone connections.
The H230 will be available very soon in both black and white versions for $69.99.
