The M59 is a mid tower case just like almost every case in NZXT’s Classic series line of cases. The M59 we received came in black and that is the only available color. The thing that really catches your attention when looking at the case is the design of the front panel. It gives the M59 its own unique style. NZXT has easily made a front bezel design that is different from other cases, but because the bezel is made of plastic it keeps costs down.
Looking at the front of the case there is small honeycomb mesh that covers the place for your intake fan that is not included. Moving up you have your connections which include one eSATA, two USB 2.0, and audio connections. Beside those you have the power and smaller reset button. Finally at the top you have 4 5.25-inch drive bays, the top one has a CD-ROM bezel cover to keep the clean look of the case.
Moving to the side of the case there is a nice big window. This is not just your normal clean window, it is actually “smoked” giving it a little darker color. On the side panel window is a 120mm fan.
Taking a look at the back of the case you can see that the case is designed to have your power supply mounted on the bottom. I really like this design we keep on seeing more and more cases with this same design. You get another 120mm fan as an exhaust. Right above the fan are 2 predrilled tubing holes for water-cooling.
On both sides of the case you have thumbscrews, which makes it very easy to open the case up. Looking at the top of the case there are spots for 2 fans, they can either be 140 or 120mm fans.
