It seems many manufacturers will start rolling out their custom versions of the Radeon RX 480. We have already seen custom cards from Sapphire and PowerColor, now it is MSI’s turn. Pictures have surfaced of their Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 8GB graphics card. As the same suggests this card comes with 8GB of memory, but it also has a custom PCB with a 4+2 power phase design and the board draws power from a single 8-pin connector.
The Radeon RX 480 GAMING X is powered by the Polaris 10 GPU, which features 2304 stream processors and 8GB of GDDR5 memory. The card is equipped with five display outputs, including: 1 x DVI, 3x DisplayPort and 1x HDMI. MSI has also included a full backplate with the card that has the MSI Dragon on it. Expect to see this card available at the end of July.
