Well it appears that someone has got their hands on a sample of the PowerColor RX 580 Red Devil graphics card. PowerColor will be releasing two different versions of this card. The first one is the Golden Sample Edition, which sports a beefier, high-performing 2.5-slot cooling solution. This is compared to the normal RX 580 Red Devil’s 2.0 slot one.
The cooling solution is made up of a 4 heatpipe solution with 2x 6 mm and 2x 8mm heatpipes that extend from the main heatsink. One interesting thing about this card is that it has two power connectors, an 8-pin and a 6-pin. Despite this it appears to have a 6-phase VRM. The card also has a full-cover backplate.
