Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to Feature Intel Atom Clovertrail SoC

Latest reports say that details of Samsung next generation Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 have just seeped out in the market. Enclosed is a blazing fast Inlet Atom Z2560 processor. According to the GLBenchmark both the new variants of the intangible Samsung Galaxy Tab have appeared on its servers. Two models which are expected to come out are Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. While the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 have still been kept under veil of secrecy but the point of reference do give us a partial view about the specifications and internals of device.

Unlike the usual Android devices, this time Samsung has gone for x86 1.6 GHz dual core Intel-powered Z2560 Clovertrail with Hyper-Threading processor. Apart from the strange processor choice the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 encloses a 400 MHz PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU. The latest Samsung Galaxy Tab3 is expected to arrive in the market featuring a gorgeous 10.1 -inch 1280×800-(149ppi) WXGA screen and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.

It comes with a 1GB RAM and a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera which is supported by a 7,000 mAh battery and an optional 4G LTE support. Another point to be noted is that the tablet made an outstanding 24616 points on the AnTuTu benchmark which is a tool providing full hardware performance test for Android phones/pads. That makes the Samsung Galaxy Tablet the fastest tablet device to date.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 has not been publicized by Samsung yet, hence no information regarding the releasing date or pricing is known.
