Talking about the fans the Ninja 5 comes with two of Scythe’s own Kaze Flex 120 PWM fans. These fans spin between 300-800 RPM, have an airflow of 16.6-43.03 CFM, and a noise level of 4-14.5 dBA. The fans are rubberized on the corners, which will help with vibration.

If we take a look at the Ninja 5 from the top we can see just how the heatsink stack is designed. It is more or less 4 towers that are all connected in the center. The top heatsink fin is black and has the Ninja logo on it.

Taking a side view of the cooler, again you can see just how much space this cooler is going to take up. We can also see the heatpipes running up through the cooler. Three heatpipes go up into each of the four small towers.

At the bottom of the cooler these heatpipes converge at the base of the cooler. The base and heatpipes are made out of nickel-plated copper. Each of the six heatpipes are 6 mm thick.

Looking at the base of the cooler it is pretty clean, although there was a small machining mark on one side, which is not typical of Scythe coolers.
