About nine months ago Electronic Arts announced Origin Access, their monthly subscription service that gives gamers access to their AAA titles for a monthly fee. EA has just announced a new set of games that have been added to Origin Access:

– Star Wars Battlefront
– Mirror’s Edge Catalyst
– Need for Speed Most Wanted
– Crusader: No Remorse
– Crusader: No Regret (in select regions)
– Ultima Collection (in select regions)

The big one that stands out is Star Wars Battlefront, which is one of our favorite games here at ThinkComputers. The entire library of games in Origin Access is pretty great if you don’t already own the titles. If that is not enough to get you on Origin Access EA is sweetening the deal giving Origin Access members the ability to play Battlefield 1 5 days before it officially comes out, for 10 hours. They will also save 10% on digital purchases. Here are the details:

– BF1 official worldwide release date:21 October 2016
– BF1 Play First Trial opens: 13 October 2016
– Platforms: PC and Xbox One
– Restriction: Exclusive to EA & Origin Access subscribers
– Game time: 10 hours
– Modes: Single-player & multiplayer
– Save carries over to BF1 full game
– 10% Discount offered to members

Not bad, especially if you are itching to get into some BF1 action!
