We’ve been hearing rumors about the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti for a while now. The big question we’ve been asking is, how much is it going to cost? Well it looks like HardOCP has the answer and their sources tell them the card will have an MSRP of $279.
For those catching up the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti will be based on the Turning architecture, but will not feature RT cores for ray tracing. It is expected to have 1536 CUDA cores and 6GB of GDDR6 memory.
This new series from NVIDIA will not be limited to just one card either. The GeForce GTX 16 series will not only feature the GTX 1660 Ti, but a GTX 1660 with fewer cores and GDDR5 memory for $229 that will launch in early march. There will also be a GTX 1650 for $179 that is likely to launch in late Mach.
NVIDIA also plans to still offer the GTX 1050 Ti, but the price will drop to keep it competitive.
So for lost looking for lower-cost NVIDIA cards…they are coming.
