Thermaltake has just announced the Pacific W4 RGB CPU water block. This block is designed with a circular acrylic top with RGB LEDs that can be controlled with the included LED controller, so you have the choice of 256 different colors for lighting.
The block itself has a rectangular shape and is made of nickel-plated copper, with a micro-fin lattice for high heat dissipation. The base features a mirror finish.
There is a detachable retention module that comes with support for most Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA2011v3, LGA115x, AM3(+), FM2(+), and the upcoming AM4 socket. The block has the standard G 1/4 threading, fittings are not included however.
