UGREEN MagFlow Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Overview
The UGREEN MagFlow Pro has a modern pedestal-style design built around a circular base measuring approximately 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) across. An angled support rises from the rear of the base to hold the round magnetic charging surface, bringing the charger’s total height to approximately 6.5 inches (16.5 cm). Its silver exterior, black accents, and smoothly rounded surfaces give it a clean, premium appearance that should complement most desk or bedroom setups. Although it takes up more room than a simple wireless charging puck, the compact circular footprint allows it to fit comfortably beside a monitor, lamp, or alarm clock. The unit also weighs roughly 1.2 pounds, giving the base enough stability to remain planted when attaching or removing a phone. Overall, it feels like a substantial desktop or nightstand accessory without occupying an excessive amount of space.
The main charging surface is a large circular pad positioned at the top of the stand, with an integrated magnetic array that will hold your phone in place nicely. The magnets provide a secure hold while still allowing the phone to be rotated between portrait and landscape orientations, and the entire pad can be tilted through a range of up to 90 degrees for a more comfortable viewing angle. It supports Qi2.2 magnetic wireless charging at up to 25W with compatible devices, while older Qi2 iPhones can charge at up to 15W.
Behind the main magnetic charging surface is UGREEN’s CryoPulse TEC active-cooling system, which uses a thermoelectric plate to pull heat away from the back of the phone while it is charging. Unlike a standard cooling fan that simply moves room-temperature air, the TEC module can actively lower the temperature of the contact surface, helping reduce heat buildup and the charging-speed throttling that can occur during longer sessions. A small fan inside the rear of the charging head then carries that collected heat away, with ventilation openings around the back providing the necessary intake and exhaust airflow. UGREEN claims the charging surface can remain as much as 18°C (32.4°F) cooler than a conventional wireless charger, while the fan operates at less than 15 dB. The cooling system can also be switched off independently when it is not needed, such as when quieter operation is preferred on a nightstand.
At the base of the unit you’ll find two more chargers. Towards the front is going to be a wireless charger for your AirPods or or another set of earbuds with a Qi-compatible wireless charging case. And then towards the back is going to be your Apple Watch charging puck that holds the watch magnetically. The charging puck can be adjusted to make attaching your Apple Watch much easier.
On the arm that holds the main charging surface you’ll find a smart display and two buttons. We’ll get into the display on the next page, but the top button allows you to turn the active-cooling system on and off and the second one manages the smart display. There is a single USB-C connection on the back of the base which you’ll of course connect with the included cable to the 45W wall adapter.
