XIM4 Adapter Allows you to Connect Keyboards and Mice to Next-Gen Consoles

You might be PC gamer since a very long time and might as well be a PC lover but there is definitely some truth in the fact that the monstrous showcasing battles and heavy marketing pursued by Microsoft and Sony have had their fancied impact and now even you have taken the next gen risk. But has this step made you forgo all the crazy mouse and keyboard skills in exchange for the ungainly controls offered by DualShock and Xbox controllers? This is not most likely. This is because a new XIM connector is now here to snare your PC peripherals to your Xbox One or Playstation 4. This is going to give you back the PC control to which your hands and fingers are accustomed to. You can also use the existing Bluetooth or USB headsets along with the consoles.

The latest XIM is currently working with Xbox One and there is also a video on the web which lets you see the prototype of the device being used with the Call of Duty: Ghosts. XIM4 not only provides a higher compatibility but also brings along an app which gives you the freedom to configure your controls wirelessly with your Android device running 2.3.3 and up. This is much more efficient and convenient as compared to the older adapters which required you to connect them to the PC. But the XIM technology will only be applicable where users have downloaded a different profile for each of their games. This is because every new title is going to have its own quirks. We will have to wait for the XIM to be released till next year but the users with XIM Edge can have the beta which is going to open up soon.
