ADATA To Start Selling Monitors, Laptops, and Gaming PCs

For the longest time ADATA only sold PC memory solutions like solid state drives and DRAM. When they started their Xtreme Performance Gear (XPG) line a few years ago they expanded into gaming accessories like keyboards, mice, etc. Well it looks like in 2020 ADATA will be expanding that line even more as they plan to offer laptops, monitors, and gaming PCs as part of the XPG line. ADATA plans to reveal these new products at CES in January, but some details have been revealed.

New products will include a gaming laptop called the Xenia 15. It is a 15.6-inch laptop with a 1080p IPS display and a Core i9 CPU. Their Gaming PC will be called the XPG Gaia, a 5-liter mini PC with one PCIe slot for graphics cards up to 8-inches long. The monitor will be called Photon, which is a 27-inch unit that will feature PixelDisplay’s Vivid Color Eye-Safe Display technology which is essentially a technique for blocking out blue light. XPG will also show off a case which is called Volta. It is a cylindrical case comprised of premium materials like tempered glass and metal. It is said to support motherboards all the way up to E-ATX and have more than enough room for watercooling components. Finally back to memory ADATA will be showing off two new RGB DDR4 memory modules, both will have speeds up to 4800 MHz and have a capacity of 32 GB per DIMM.

Expect more details during CES 2020, coming up in just a couple of weeks!
