A particular entry of a Radeon graphics processor based on AMD’s brand new RDNA architecture on Compubench has caught the attention of a lot of people’s attention. It is the Navi 14 GPU, which should slot in right below the Radeon RX 5700 series and power the unannounced Radeon RX 5600 series of graphics cards.
The Navi 14 GPU features 24 RDNA compute units, each with 64 stream processors, giving you a total of 1536 stream processors. The GPU was also clocked at 1900 MHz. Based on these specs this is likely set to compete with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 series and be considerably cheaper than the Radeon RX 5700 XT and Radeon RX 5700.
No word on when we will see a Radeon RX 5600 series…
