AMD Radeon RX 6600M with Navi 23 XM GPU Spotted

Previously, AMD had confirmed that the upcoming Radeon RX Radeon RX 6000M series will launch in Q2 2021, and various leaks indicate that it will launch soon and now the appearance of RX 6600M shows that RX 6600M and RX 6500M will most probably feature Navi 23 while Navi 22 GPU is to be expected under Radeon RX 6800M and RX 6700M high-end graphics cards.

One interesting thing to note is that AMD has also added Navi 24 GPI in the drivers, which indicates that the series is all set to arrive soon. Moreover, the lines from 00-CF suggest that AMD is working on a couple of mobile and desktop variants, but we are not sure whether all variants will be released or not.

As far as the specifications of the Radeon RX 6600M are concerned, there isn’t much information except that it will have a 128-bit memory bus and either 4GB or 8GB memory. The 12 Gbps modules will offer 224 GB/s data transfer speeds. It will be based on the Navi 23 GPU, which has 2048 Stream Processors as reported by the macOS driver last year.
