The new Thunderbird memory series have finally been launched by Apacer. The series takes their name from the mythical creature, thunderbird, whose wings alone were enough to bring about a tornado. With this implication, the company brings forth the same concept portraying the classic power and performance of their new series.
This overclocking memory module offers a clock rate of up to DDR3-2933 and an excellent quality PCB in 8 layers. The thunderbird series feature the heat spreading module which has been designed in such a way as to look like the wings of a thunderbird and these series are made up of four different colors of orange, black, blue and red.
These new series bring forward a strong image, with their compatibility with Haswell processors and the Z87 motherboard. The memory chip inside allows for a strict screening process which leads a way for higher stability of the over clocking memory and allows the maximum efficiency in performance.
The Thunderbird series consists of various models with two modules of 4 GB and 8 GB. Some models also feature the dual channel with portfolios combining two different memory ranges such as 8 GB (4 GB x 2) and 16 GB (8 GB x 2).
The series of over clocking memories by Apacer are not only appealing because of their performance but also because of the attractive design and their availability in four different eye catching colors. It offers the best over clocking experience with its high end features:
• Minimum level of noise interference
• Enhanced quality of signals
• Low voltage
• Efficient heat management
• Matching colors
