Just recently Patriot Memory rolled out 128 GB variants of its Rage XT, Boost XT and and Pulse Supersonic USB 3.0 drives. It looks like they were not done there, they have just announced an even higher capacity 256 GB Boost XT Model (PEF256GSRUSB).
The Boost XT keeps the same form factor and has the same rugged design as previous versions. This is of course a USB 3.0 drive so it takes advantage of those speeds. The drive will offer sequential read speeds up to 150 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 30 MB/s. Patriot did not release pricing details.
