ASRock Radeon RX 6600 (XT) Series Spotted Via EEC Filing

It was rumored that the AMD Radeon RX 6600 series would launch alongside Radeon RX 6700 non-XT; however, no leaks for both SKUs have been seen in the past couple of weeks.

Luckily, there is some development as a new filing from Europe has been seen on the EEC website. The listing includes Radeon RX 6600 XT and non-XT, and all listings state that all models feature 8GB GDDR6 RAM. This might be a confirmation that RX 6600 series might indeed feature a 128-bit memory bus.

The product codes tell that the RX 6600 XT will be released under Phantom Gaming D, P, and I SKUs. Meanwhile, the RX 6600 non-XT variant will only arrive under the Challenger series.

This is not the first time the RX 6600 XT has been spotted in AsRock’s EEC listing. Previously, the company had submitted the 12 GV variant of RX 6600. This new listing indicates a change of plan or tells that the previous listing was not accurate.

Till now, AMD has only announced the Computex 2021 keynote. The keynote officially covers high-performance computing which may not include RX 6600 series. We don’t expect any updated RX 6000M series, which was promised to launch this quarter.
