As far as RGB lighting goes on the board you have lighting on the rear I/O cover, chipset heatsink, and under the bottom M.2 heatsink. I really like the addition of the lighting under the bottom M.2 heatsink as typically the lighting on the chipset heatsink will be covered by your graphics card.
When you first install Windows it will ask you to install the auto-driver downloader from ASRock. This makes it extremely easy to download all of your drivers at once. After you are looking to download other utilities you can get them directly from the ASRock website or download their APP Shop.
ASRock’s motherboard utility is called A-Tuning. Opening up on the first screen you can select a operation mode.
Next is the OC Tweaker tab where you can do all of your system tuning.
Next is System Info which gives you a live view of all of your frequencies, ratios, temperatures, and voltages.
Finally there is FAN-Tastic tuning which allows you to tune and set custom fan curves for each fan connected to your system.
