ASUS has just introduced a GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB ROG STRIX graphics card. This one is a bit different as features the company’s classic STRIX DirectCU II cooling solution. The card makes use of a custom PCB which is actually smaller than what was found on the GTX 1060 6 GB STRIX DirectCU III graphics card. The is about 210 mm long and draws power from a 6-pin PCI-Express power connector.
The card itself comes with a factory overclock of 1785 MHz GPU Boost out of the box. Even better is that the included GPUTweak software unlocks OC Mode which has clock speeds of 1595/1811 MHz. In both of the modes the memory remains the same at 8.00 GHz (GDDR5-effective). As far as display outputs you have three DisplayPort 1.4, one HDMI 2.0b, and one dual-link DVI. No word yet on pricing or availability.
