ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Black Revealed

It seems ASUS is working on a variant of their Republic of Gamers Rampage IV Extreme motherboard. This board is made for people who may be tired of the red / black scheme on Republic of Gamers boards. The Rampage IV Extreme Black as you can guess has all an all black appearance, with a few grey accents here and there. Besides the color changes it is pretty much identical to the original board.

The board is based on the X79 chipset, supports up to 64GB of quad-channel DDR3 memory, four-way SLI/Crossfire and has a whole suite of gaming and overclocking features. ASUS could be releasing this board to compete with EVGA’s X79 Black board. No word yet on pricing or availability.
