ASUS ZenBeam L2 Portable LED Projector Overview
The ZenBeam is not all that large in terms of projectors. The official dimensions are 132mm x 172mm x 132 mm (WxHxD) and it weighs in at just under 3.5 lbs. This sizes make it pretty manageable to take with you places.
It has a sort of cylindrical shape, which most portable projectors have. This really lends itself to look more like a high-end Bluetooth speaker than a projector. At the front we have our lens. This happens to be a fixed lens, so no zoom is available. We do have obstacle avoidance, which will adjust the projected image to avoid things like furniture etc. There is a very nice synthetic leather carrying handle on the unit.

At the top of the unit you’ll find your controls. These include a navigation knob, back button, scene button, and an input button. The top actually removes quite easily and you’ll find a compartment for the included Android TV box.

Moving around to the back of the projector we find a large power button and all of our connections. The connections are located towards the bottom of the unit and include USB-C (for power), USB-A (for a USB drive), another USB-C (for a USB drive, DisplayPort support + 7.5W power delivery), HDMI, and 3.5mm audio out.

On the bottom of the unit you’ll find four rubber feet as well as a pop-out feet (much like on a keyboard) that will put the projector at an angle if needed.
