BitFenix Launches the Prodigy M Case

BitFenix’s Prodigy case without a doubt is the most popular Mini-ITX case available. BitFenix has taken their Prodigy case and has turned it into a Micro-ATX case. They are calling it the Prodigy M and it is going to take the Micro-ATX market by storm!

We actually got a glimpse of this case back in June at Computex. The interesting thing about it is that it actually has the same dimensions as the original Prodigy! So you can enjoy all of the added expandability of the original Prodigy without taking up more space. This of course means you can have an SLI or CrossFire system setup in this tiny case!

BitFenix has completely redesigned the inside of the case. It can accommodate both Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. You can fit CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height and even slim watercooling radiators up to 240mm can be installed. Taking about cooling up to 5 120 mm fans can be installed in the case.

There is a removable storage rack can be outfitted with up to two 3.5-inch hard drives or three 2.5-inch solid state drives. There is also room on the bottom of the case for two more 3.5-inch hard drives and the side panel has an SSD rack that supports two 2.5-inch SSDs.

The BitFenix Prodigy M will be available starting in September.
