Activision and Treyarch started revealing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War a few weeks back but they were silent on the key component of the game, Zombies. Treyarch has finally broken the silence by posting on twitter.
As per Treyarch, we can expect a new Zombies story. The red streak on the picture includes some hidden imagery that may be a symbol for “Juggernog perk” along with the confirmation of the return of various perks.
Fans were able to uncover a short teaser trailer for Cold War Zombies by solving the Treyarch’s trademark Easter egg hunt.
TheGamingRevolution, a trusted Call of Duty leaker, gave out details regarding the number of maps we can expect. One of the maps is the original Nacht der Untoten(more traditional version) Zombies map while the other is an expanded one called Die Maschine. Other maps reportedly include codenamed Giant (probably a remake of Der Riese), one set in Berlin (likely a remake of Kino der Toten), and a possible version of TranZit.
PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5 will receive Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on November 13. The Zombie mode will be officially unveiled on Wednesday, September 30.
