Overview
Upon opening the package, there isn’t much to look at. There’s the headset, and a few pieces of paper (warranty guide, how to download the drivers, contact Corsair to RMA). The style of the headset is pretty unique. You’ll notice a lot of aluminum plated pieces including the microphone and sides of the headset, blue stitching around the leather headband to match the blue accents on the earcups, and material earpads.
The inline volume control is easy to understand with its volume up/down buttons surrounded by LEDs, and a mute button for the microphone. The LEDs around the volume buttons represent whether the microphone is muted or not, blue not muted, red muted.
