Crucial X10 Portable Solid State Drive Overview
Taking a first look at the X10 we have a pretty small drive. Instead of the metal casing that we saw on the X10 Pro we just had a plastic one, but it feels solid. The drive does have an IP65 dust and water resistance.
If you are wondering this X10 is essentially the same size as the X10 Pro. Below we have a side-by-side shot. Being this small makes it really easy to fit in your pocket or throw in a bag. As far as looks we have a blue drive, which allows you to tell the difference between this drive and the X10 Pro, which as you can see is black. On the front of the drive there is just a simple Crucial logo.
Flipping the drive over the bottom has a sort of soft-touch coating on it. This makes it really easy to pick the drive up and for the drive to not scratch up your desk. On the back it does let us know the capacity which again is 2TB.
On one end of the drive you’ll find the only connection on the drive which is a Type-C.
