Here we are with another new case from Fractal Design. Now this case is not from a known product line like their Define, Meshify, North, or Torrent series, but you’ll see many of the same design ques from those cases here. We have a brand new series, which they are calling Epoch. They describe it as a combination of contemporary design with modern airflow engineering. The Fractal Design Epoch has a high airflow design with three included Momentum 12 cooling fans, room inside for graphics cards as long as 372 mm, support for 360mm radiators, and of course the minimalist design we know and love from Fractal Design. Will this new case series be a hit? Read on as we find out!
Special thanks to Fractal Design for providing us with the Epoch Case to review.
Specifications of the Fractal Design Epoch Case
Packaging of the Fractal Design Epoch Case
The Epoch comes in Fractal’s typical case packaging that just says the name of the product on it, nothing fancy. Opening it up we can see that the case itself is nicely protected.

The case is protected with large pieces of Styrofoam, wrapped in a plastic bag, and the side panel has protective film on it. Inside the case you’ll also find a user’s guide, and box of accessories. These include your mounting hardware and a set of zip ties.
