Installation in the Fractal Design Epoch Case
Installation is going to be very easy and straight-forward in this case. The first thing that we installed was our motherboard. The motherboard standoffs were already installed so all we had to do was screw in our motherboard.
Using the removable SSD bracket I was easily able to mount my 2.5-inch SSD outside of the case and then re-install the bracket.
For the power supply you’ll need to remove the power supply bracket from the back of the case and install it on your power supply. Then slide your power supply in from the back of the case, securing it with the two thumbscrews on the bracket.
For our graphics card we are going to be using the ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 5070 OC Edition which is 329mm. I did not have to remove the small side panel section of the case to get it installed, instead I was able to angle it in.
Now we are left to wire everything up. The velcro ties towards the front of the case make organizing cables quite easy and of course you have all of the tie-downs. With everything installed we have a very clean build.
