CyberPowerPC CK60 Mechanical Keyboard Review

CyberPowerPC is a company we mainly know for their custom PC builds, but earlier this year they showed us something a bit different at CES, mechanical keyboards. The thing that really sets these keyboards apart from the likes of Corsair or Logitech is that they are essentially built like custom mechanical keyboards. The CK60 that we are taking a look at today has a CNC aluminum case, a gold-plated aluminum base plate, mechanical key switches, PBT keycaps, sound dampening layers, and a hot-swappable design. It is also in the 60% form factor, but it might be one of the heaviest keyboards that we’ve ever reviewed! Is the CK60 worth picking up if you are a gamer or programmer? Read on as we find out!

Special thanks to CyberPowerPC for providing us with the CK60 Mechanical Keyboard to review.

The CK60 comes in a nice retail box, although there is no real indication that there is a keyboard inside. If we open the box up it says “Enjoy” on the inside of the box and we find everything nicely placed inside.

Getting everything out of the box we have the keyboard itself, a USB cable, and keycap and switch puller. The included cable is a nicely braided USB-A to USB-C cable with gold-plated connectors.
