There are oh so many monitors to choose from these days. Looking for the right monitors that suits your individual needs can be tricky, what with so many different features, styles, and finishes. Today we will be looking at a De-branded HP 25” HD-LCD Monitor. This monitor has some pretty impressive features; one example is a 1920×1080 resolution allowing you to have full 1080p, unlike those fake HD monitors. It’s also packed with a 3ms response time and a contrast ratio of 60,000:1. I for one am very excited to test this Monitor. Geeks.com was nice enough to send us over the HP De-branded 25-inch HD Widescreen LCD Monitor to review. Geeks.com is a great place to find LCD monitors.

Packaging
At first glance you won’t see any info about the monitor anywhere at all on the box. Upon opening the box you will see there are 2 foam inserts that protected the monitor during shipping along with the base of the monitor sticking up in the air.
After pulling the monitor out of the box you can see the monitor has a protective foam sheet to keep the monitor from getting damaged and beat up during shipping. The foam sheet also protects the screen from getting scratched. You will find the VGA cable and instruction page, along with your power cable, monitor cable and audio cable.
🙂
interesting that the part number and all the price links are for the 23 inch model???
those are all the ads on the site. if oyu go to page 2 and then last picture you will see that it is a 25″ monitor
What kind of panel does this use? IPS, TN, PVA?
Did you do any kind of input lag tests?
Pretty fluffy review compared to xbitlabs, anandtech, etc. Oh well. Might as well be another copy-and-paste from the marketing brochure. 🙂
price too high I'll wait 30 inch or 32 inch to come and pay 600$+ for 32
most people now days will go for a 14 inch monitor, which is pretty sizable and you can find them on reasonable price
