MSI has just announced the Core Frozr L CPU cooler, which will go pretty well with your system if you happen to have an MSI motherboard and graphics card. The top of the cooler has a die-cast metal plate that has the MSI Gaming Dragon on it. This is a single tower cooler with a large aluminum fin stack. The base is set at slightly offset position to clear up room around the CPU socket.
The cooler has four 8mm-thick nickel-plated copper heatpipes that come up from the base of the cooler in a “U” fashion. The cooler comes in a 140 mm MSI Torq-X fan which run between 500-1800 RPM pushing between 19.79 – 71.27 CPM of air with a noise output of 17.2 – 33.6 dBA. The cooler is set to handle thermal loads of up to 200W.
The cooler has official dimensions of 140 mm x 155 mm x 84 mm, and weighs 960 g. It will support modern CPU sockets including AM4, LGA2011v3, LGA115x, LGA1366, AM3(+), and FM2(+).
