Mushkin, one of the leading producers of computer products, has made an official announcement unveiling the world’s fastest USB 3.0 flash drive. This USB 3.0 drive has been launched with the name tag of Ventura Ultra and as the name suggests, the speed and performance of this flash drive will be unmatchable. One of the most prominent reasons for its speed and performance is the fact that instead of utilizing the USB 2.0 platform, it utilizes the USB 3.0 which delivers higher performance and is 10 times faster and more efficient as compared to the USB 2.0. The Ventura Ultra will be made available throughout the world by the 7th of October.
The Ventura Ultra 240 GB USB 3.0 was first show cased at the CES this year and being then fastest of its kind, the flash drive offers its users blistering speeds for data transfer which can reach up to 380 MB/s read and 325 MB/s write. This rugged aluminum casing of the flash drive allows room for resistance and it ensures the durability of the USB as it is housed inside a powerful casing. The Ventura Ultra allows the maximum flexibility and offers backward compatibility with all the legacy USB ports and devices. One of the most interesting features of this fastest USB flash drive is its USB Attached SCSI Protocol support. This particular feature of the flash drove allows the commands to be lined up and sequenced so the potential for faster transfer rates is enhanced further.
