Patriot Viper Venom DDR5-7200 32GB Memory Kit Review

Last year we took a look at Patriot’s Viper Venom DDR5-6200 32GB Memory kit and we liked it quite a lot. Since that time Patriot has come out with some new modules in the Viper Venom line that really push the limits in terms of operating frequency. One of those kits is the PVV532G720C34K kit, which is a 32GB (2x16GB) kit running at a blazing fast speed of 7200 MHz with timings of 34-42-42-84 at 1.45V. This blazing speed is made possible by Patriot using highly-binned SK hynix A-die chips. Being this fast you are going to need the hardware to support this memory as well so either a very high-end Z690 motherboard with the latest BIOS or a Core i9-13900K with a Z790 motherboard. Let’s get this memory up and running and see what it can do!

Special thanks to Patriot for sending over the Viper Venom DDR5-7200 32GB Memory Kit to review.
