Redragon ARTEMIS K719 PRO Anime Keyboard Overview
This is a full-size keyboard with a total of 95 keys. Redragon has shrunk this keyboard about 20% so it does take up less space on your desk. The official dimensions are 15.2-inches x 5.4-inches. Now there are some noticeable keys missing since the keyboard has been made a bit smaller, which include the keys that are typically above the arrow keys.
The thing that really makes this keyboard stand out is the design on the keycaps, which is definitely anime-themed. We have the character on the front which appears on the left side of the keyboard and on the spacebar and then a combination of dark grey, red, and green designs which make us the rest of the keys. The legends on the keycaps are white. I feel like the design goes together pretty well overall.

The keycaps themselves are PBT keycaps in an OEM profile, which we love to see since they will not show shine or wear. Under these keycaps we find our switches which are what Redragon are calling their HI-FI custom switch. This is a linear switch that has an actuation point of 2.0mm actuation force of 40 gf, and a total travel of 3.30mm. These switches are pre-lubed and if you are wondering the keyboard is hot-swappable so you can change out the switches down the line if you like.

In the top right corner of the keyboard you are going to find a small screen (more on that in a bit) and a control knob. In between the main area of the keyboard and the numberpad you’ll find four indication LEDs.

Looking at the keyboard from the side you can see how tall the OEM keycaps are and how the keyboard sits at a slight angle. You get two levels of adjustment with the pop-out feet on the bottom of the keyboard. Also on this side of the keyboard you’ll find a USB-C connection to either charge the keyboard or use it in wired mode, as well as a toggle switch to choose between 2.4 GHz, wired, or Bluetooth modes.

The opposite side of the keyboard houses your 2.4 GHz USB dongle, which can easily be removed. On the top-edge of the keyboard is an interesting design in red.

Flipping the keyboard over we have a full on printed design of the same anime character we’ve seen throughout this keyboard. There are large rubber feet to keep the keyboard in place as well as our pop-out feet.
