Samsung Galaxy S4 Already Rooted

Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is not even in stores yet, but that has not stopped it from being rooted. Xda-developer forums member i9000 has posted instructions that will help Galaxy S4 buyers root their brand new device once they get it in their hands. There is one little problem with this root, it will only work on the Samsung Galaxy S4 that is based on the Exynos 5 Octa processor (model GT-I9500). Most markets will be receiving the S4 that is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 (model GT-I9505).

Video of the root is below…

Of course we only suggest you root your device if you know what you are doing. Time will only tell if we see a root exploit for the Qualcomm model.
