SpotCam Eva 2 Security Camera Review

All the way back in 2015 I took a look at the original SpotCam HD. It was the first IoT device I really had, which is crazy to think about as now my house is full of Alexa’s, smart bulbs, smart locks, and more. The one thing I really liked about the original SpotCam HD was that you got 24 hours of cloud playback for free. No one else offers that as a free option. Well SpotCam has just released their Eva 2 which not only offers a 1080p camera, but pan and tilt capabilities so you can really get a good view of what is going on in your home / office if you are not home. This camera also offers the same 24-hour free cloud recording, which does not add an extra cost to the camera like many others. Let’s take a look and see what it is all about.

Special thanks to SpotCam for providing us with the Eva 2 Security Camera to review.
