It looks like ASUS wants to be the first to come out with a mini-ITX friendly GeForce GTX 900 series card. They are putting their final touches on the GeForce GTX 970 DirectCU Mini (model: GTX970-DCMOC-4GD5) graphics card.
Design-wise this card is pretty much the same as ASUS’s GeForce GTX 670 / 760 DirectCU Mini cards as it uses the same cooler. Under the hood though you have a factory overclocked GeForce GTX 970 chip that sits at 1088 MHz core, 1228 MHz GPU boost and untouched memory at 7.0 GHz (effective).
The back of the card features a matte black back-plate that has the DirtectCU Mini logo etched into it. To power the card you have a single 8pin PCI-Express power connector. Display outputs include two dual-link DVI, HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2. ASUS did not reveal pricing or availability details.
