Acer has released a new ultrawide 4k monitor to its Omegaline Lineup named, CB342CKsmiiphzx monitor. The Acer CB342CK features a 34” IPS panel with UWQHD (3,440 x 1,440) resolution with a 21:9 aspect ratio.
The monitor also features a 75Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. The low refresh rate is compensated by the AMD Freesync.
The CB342CK can provide 400nits of brightness, yet it lacks a DisplayHDR certification. The monitor covers 99% of the sRGB colour space.The IPS panel provides a 178° viewing angle and features two stereo speakers (3W).
It provides a 5° to 35° tilt adjustment, 360° swivel, 150 mm height adjustment, and a 100x100mm pitch VESA mount. As far as the connectivity is concerned, 2x HDMI 2.0, 1x DisplayPort 1.2, 1x USB 3.1 Type-C, 2x USB 3.1 Type-A (hub) ports are provided.
Talking about the design, it features an incredibly thin border around the display. The stand is colored silver which matches the bottom of the display(which is silver too). There is an Acer logo at the front and the back giving it a professional look. No word on availability and pricing yet.
