ADATA has just announced the DashDrive Durable UD320 USB flash drive. This is ADATA’s first implementation of the USB On-The-Go (OTG) specification. USB OTG allows devices such as smartphones and tablets to act as a host, allowing USB flash drives to be connected directly for data transfer.
The UD320 has a micro-USB interface that will fit into the port of a mobile device using Android 4.1 or higher without the need for a cable or adapter. It also has a normal USB connection for use on desktop PCs.
The UD320 will be available in 16 and 32GB capacities. No word yet on pricing.
