Setting up the ADATA SD820 Portable Solid State Drive
Just like any portable SSD all you do is plug the ADATA SC740 into an open USB-C port in your computer. Once plugged in Windows will automatically recognize the drive and you’ll be good to go. This drive will not only work on PC, but also Mac, mobile devices, Xbox and PS5.
The drive comes formatted as exFAT. The 1TB version of the drive has 1.81 TB of usable space.
Performance of the ADATA SD820 Portable Solid State Drive
For testing we will be running the ADATA SD820 through a handful of different storage benchmarks. As a reminder ADATA lists the speeds of this drive as 2000 MB/s for both the read and write.
You only listed the price for the 2TB version, what about the others, what’s their price on those?
