AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX RDNA3 Prototype Leaked

Pictures have surfaced on Twitter of what appears to be the first picture of an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX RDNA3 graphics card. If you look closely you’ll see that the PCB of the card is red, which is typically the case for AMD engineering sample cards. What we can gather from these images is what AMD could be using for the final design of their reference cooler, which does match what we saw from the teasers at the AMD Ryzen 7000 series launch event.

Looking at the cooling solution it is 3-slots thick (card is slotted as 2-slot), but the length of the card is slightly longer than the Radeon RX 6900 XT reference cooler. The aluminum fin stack appears to be more beefy as well. The card also features two 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors, so AMD will not be using the 16-pin connector. The card does not feature a backplate as there are several headers in place for developmental use by AIBs and OEMs.

AMD will be holding their RDNA3 launch event on November 3rd where this card is expected to be revealed.
